PermitPing Terms of Service

Effective date: June 10, 2026

1. Service description

PermitPing provides daily building permit alert emails based on publicly available government permit records. Leads include property address, owner name, permit type, and issue date. Phone and email enrichment are not included in the current product.

2. Free trial

New subscribers receive a 2-week free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period you may subscribe at the then-current monthly rate or cancel with no charge.

3. Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Data accuracy

Permit data is sourced from official government building department records. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that data is error-free. Permit records may contain transcription errors from the original government filings.

5. Permitted use

Leads delivered through PermitPing may be used for legitimate direct-mail, door-knock, and business outreach purposes consistent with applicable law. Reselling or redistributing leads is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

PermitPing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts paid in the prior 30 days.
