PermitPing Privacy Policy

What information we collect

When you submit the lead-claim form, we collect: your name, company name, trade type, zip codes you service, email address, and optionally your phone number. We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referral source, UTM parameters) to measure marketing effectiveness.

How we use it

• To deliver the 3 free sample leads you requested
• To send daily permit alert emails during your trial and subscription
• To contact you about your account
• To improve the service based on aggregated usage data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Email and SMS communications

By submitting the claim form, you consent to receive marketing emails from PermitPing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you provided a phone number, you may also receive SMS alerts after explicitly opting in during your trial setup. You can reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@permitping.net.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly web analytics (no cross-site tracking, no personal-data collection beyond what you submit). We use UTM parameters in links to measure which marketing campaigns are working.
