What is the free trial?

Two weeks of full service in your zips. You get real permit alerts every day. No credit card required to start. At the end of two weeks you can subscribe at $179/month or cancel with no charge.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. Month-to-month only. Cancel any time and your alerts stop at the end of that billing period.

What makes these leads exclusive?

When you claim a zip code for your trade, we do not send those same permit records to another contractor in the same trade within your zip codes. The lead is yours.

How actionable are the leads without phone numbers?

Each lead includes the property address and owner name from the permit record. That is enough for a door knock, a direct-mail piece, or a flyer drop. Phone and email enrichment are not included in the current product.

How current is the data?

We ingest Orlando building department permit data daily. New permits typically appear in our system within 24 hours of being filed.

Can I cover multiple zip codes?

Yes. The $179/month plan covers all zip codes you specify during signup. There is no per-zip surcharge.

What if my trade does not see many permits?

During your free trial you will see the actual daily volume for your trade and zips. If the signal density is not worth $179/month for your situation, cancel before the trial ends.
